Oregon Red Cross assesses damage from last week's floods, readies for possibilty of more

Although there have been no monetary estimates on the damage caused by last week’s high winds and flooding rains, the Oregon Red Cross said today that 167 homes were affected enough that residents needed Red Cross assistance.
